Susan “Netty” Grider, Billing Director

Netty is the Billing Director of The Oaks Behavioral Health.  She majored in Business Administration from Lindsey Wilson College and later completed multiple trainings throughout her career in billing and credentialing. 

Netty has  been working in the field of billing and credentialing for over 30 years.  She has vast experience working with the various insurance companies in Kentucky and works diligently to process insurance claims and help clients avoid unnecessary balances.   She works individually with clients when needed, and can assist with payment plans for those who qualify.  She is always willing to take client calls and answer any billing related questions .

“Even though I am not a direct care provider, I am still assisting in the clients’ care by being a part of their treatment in the processing of their insurance needs. I believe a client’s treatment starts with the first contract they have with an Oaks Behavioral Health employee.“
