Therapeutic Rehabilitation

Have you tried counseling or medication, and still feel as if you can’t make the progress you’d like?  If you suffer from more severe mental health symptoms and have not been able to meet your goals with individual counseling alone, our Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) is an intensive group therapy program that uses interventions to help you live successfully in your community.  Through a combination of individual and group therapies and activities, this program can help you develop the necessary skills and insights to have successful roles with employers, schools, peers, and socially with others.

A therapist will meet with you individually and assist you in developing a personalized plan of care.  Groups and activities are chosen based on your individual needs.  Therapists,  nurse practitioners, or peer support specialists develop and lead all groups.  Therapeutic groups and activities are designed to help you overcome your personal barriers to recovery.  You will also be provided education about your illness and positive coping strategies in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment to facilitate your journey toward wellness.
