Allison Pedigo, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Allison is a doctorate level Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.  Allison obtained both her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor’s of Arts in Biology from the College of Charleston in 2015.   She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi in 2016.  She  went on to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Western Kentucky University in 2020, followed by board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She then completed the Post-Master’s Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program and became board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2021, making her dual-certified.

Allison has over 5 years of nursing experience, including psychiatric and travel nursing, and over 2 years of varied clinical experience throughout the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program.  Allison has shown a life-long commitment to learning, as evidenced by her high academic achievements, memberships in multiple honors societies throughout her undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level studies, and active involvement in multiple professional associations.   She treats clients across the lifespan, including adults with severe mental illness, and has a special interest in children and adolescents.  Allison utilizes a goal-oriented and holistic approach, including pharmacogenetic testing, when indicated.
