“I believe that honesty, trust, authenticity, and acceptance are the most valuable things in a therapeutic relationship.  In a world where people often feel the need to hide parts of themselves, I want to provide a place where they can let their guard down and be authentic.  A place where they know they will be accepted, without any judgment.  I practice a caring, compassionate, but straightforward approach.  I will eagerly work as hard as my clients to help them reach their goals and become the best version of themselves.  I am not afraid to challenge them when it’s necessary for their growth and progress, and I’ll also be the first to celebrate their successes!”
