Mental Health Therapist

Abigail is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate providing mental health counseling to adults suffering from a range of diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Western Kentucky University in 2023. She then went on to pursue her Master’s degree at Lindsey Wilson University School of Professional Counseling in 2024. During her experience at Lindsey Wilson University, Abigail spent her clinical internship at at The Oaks. During her internship, she gained extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying mental health needs, equipping her with the knowledge and clinical insight necessary to help clients navigate challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals. She then graduated from Lindsey Wilson University’s Counseling and Human Development program in 2025. After graduating from Lindsey Wilson University, Abigail began her Career at The Oaks Behavioral Health in 2026.

Abigail is passionate about the field of mental health and is dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being. She utilizes an eclectic counseling approach, integrating client-centered and cognitive behavioral techniques to empower, encourage, and support clients in developing the skills, insight, and resilience necessary to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life. She strives to help clients build the strength and resilience needed to achieve their personal goals and enhance their overall well-being. She finds great fulfillment in helping clients navigate their unique journeys, celebrating their progress while providing compassionate support every step of the way.
