Therapeutic Rehabilitation Director

A diagnosis of severe mental illness is not the end of your story—it is the beginning of a new chapter.

Hello! I’m Christina Noe, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Therapeutic Rehabilitation Director for Somerset TRP. For more than 20 years, I have worked with individuals in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping adults navigate severe mental illness, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. My training in counseling, behavior supports, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows me to provideevidence-based care while tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I believe the most effective treatment is individualized, collaborative, and built on each client’s strengths. By combining proven therapeutic techniques with creative, engaging interventions, I strive to help clients manage symptoms, develop practical skills, and gain confidence in their ability to create meaningful change. Every person’s journey is different, and I am committed to meeting you where you are while supporting you every step of the way.

You are capable of more than you know, and I’m here to help you discover it, one step at  a time.

“My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, overcome barriers, and build a life that reflects your values, hope, and resilience. I believe every person has inherent worth, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients through life’s challenges while celebrating each success, no matter how big or small. Every day brings new opportunities for growth, healing, and hope. It is an honor to be trusted with my clients’ stories, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support them as they discover their value, embrace their resilience, and write the next chapter of their lives.”
