Hi, I’m Vanessa Compton. I split my time between our Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program, where I get to be part of your progress directly, and serving as our Payroll Director, where I help keep the administrative side of The Oaks running the way it should.
I bring over 8 years of healthcare experience and more than a decade in administrative work, which turns out to be exactly the right mix for this dual role — I understand both what it takes to support you in the room and what it takes to keep our clinicians fully focused on you outside of it. I bring the same attention to detail and steady work ethic to both sides of what I do.
Whether you see me in a session or never know I was involved at all, I’m working to help your care come together seamlessly.
